Shipping Policy

After full payment is received, the product will be shipped out via freight carrier, or local delivery. (Please contact sales representative for tracking number) Shipping may take 1-2 weeks depending on location and communication between client and sales rep. All customers are responsible for receiving the package door side, at agreed time listed in the contract or through text message. Shipped product is to be delivered and drop off outside of business location, and will not be brought into the store due to hazardous reasons. Under any circumstances in which product is damage, customer is to record the incident without tampering with the product or evidence. Under the condition that the shipping carrier damage your product, NSS Cabinet will create and ship out a new order. Under the condition the customer damaged the product, Client are fully liable for damages and holds claims against

NSS Cabinet.

Return Policy

Returns are not available for customize products. Under the condition that NSS Cabinet has built a faulty product, or have built / shipped the wrong item, is NSS responsible for the return and is the return acceptable.

 

If the customer is returning a product due to other reasons they are responsible for finding a shipping carrier, packaging / preparing the pallet, and payment for the shipping carrier.
